Our Flexible Packaging Division offers a variety of converting services in order to meet specific customer demands. Our capabilities allow our customers the convenience of having multiple converting processes completed by one supplier; keeping prices low while maintaining the high level of quality our customers expect.

Pre-made Pouches

• Polyethylene, Laminates, Foil, Metalized, High barrier, Porous
• Features: Chevron, Headers, Gussets, Peelable, Zippers, Stand up, Spouts

Laminations – All Films, Foils, Papers and Non-wovens

Sheeting – Material thickness: 1-30 mil

Die Cutting – Rotary and flat bed

Tray Sealing

• -Up to 25 cavities at a time
• -Max tray size: 20″x25″x4″ depth

Contract Packaging-Tray sealing -Automatic pouch and bag sealing – Cartoning and labeling -Bags on a roll: PE, PP, all laminates including aluminum foil -Bag sizes: 2″x3″ – 16″x20″
